Romantic Novelist's Association Prize

I am hugely proud to be a member of the Romantic Novelist's Association, so it is with great pleasure that I direct readers of this blog to the fact that the longlist for the Romantic Novel of the Year has just been announced on the RNA website at:

http://www.rna-uk.org/index.php?page=rnoty_award

I'm pleased to see a few of my writing chums on there, including Kate Lace who also doubles as the RNA's very fine and dynamic Chairperson.

If you like romantic fiction, go and take a look. You'll be in for a treat or two...

Merry Xmas to you and yours Jane. I hope in the spirit of forgiveness Julia will still allow you to promote her books on this site, despite all the time you seem to spend with her husband.

It's been a pleasure, and here's to more interesting blogging apres the silly season.

And sorry for my behaviour at the party. I don't get out much these days, and I suppose I let all the fine food - and, especially, wine - go to my head. If nothing else, there will be quite a few more social ethics/etiquette issues to put to the likes of JMB arising out of it all, though I daresay none of that sort of thing happens at any of her social occasions.

Hi PU. Julia's a forgiving kind of cove. Probably too much for her own good sometimes.

Have a good one. And thanks for coming by my blog and enlivening it so much.

Not sure I'll be inviting you to my next online party though...
